WebK is a free web hosting service intended strictly for personal, non commercial use. The service is maintained by private individuals who are not IT professionals. No professional expertise or service level should be expected.

• • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties, express or implied.
• • No uptime guarantee. Services may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.
• • No guarantee of suitability for any particular purpose.
• • No support obligation. Any assistance is discretionary only.

Although WebK makes reasonable efforts to maintain system security and protect user data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users should implement their own safeguards and regularly download their data and backups.

WebK performs automatic daily backups subject to the following:

• • You are solely responsible for downloading and retaining your backups.
• • No guarantee of availability, integrity, or completeness of backups.
• • Backups may be deleted at any time without notice.
• • Any loss of data is your responsibility. WebK is not liable for data loss.

Use of WebK for commercial or professional purposes is prohibited.

• • No online stores, payment processing, or financial services.
• • No business sites, portfolio landing pages, or professional services.
• • No advertising, affiliate links, or any monetization.
• • No hosting of business email, customer databases, or financial data.

• • Illegal content or activities under Canadian and Quebec law.
• • Hate speech, violence, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• • Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic content; including escort or adult dating.
• • File or image uploaders, anonymous hosting, torrent trackers, or unauthorized file storage.
• • Sites primarily for video or audio streaming or mass file distribution.
• • Hacking, phishing, malware, scams, or fraudulent content.
• • Excessive consumption of CPU, bandwidth, or storage at WebK discretion.
• • Spam or bulk email of any kind.
• • Resale or provision of WebK services to third parties.

WebK may suspend, limit, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion for any breach or suspected abuse.

Upon suspension or termination, all associated data may be permanently deleted without recovery. Maintain your own backups at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebK and its maintainers shall not be liable for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, security incidents, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebK from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services or any violation of these terms.

You do not obtain ownership of any infrastructure. WebK may modify or discontinue the service at any time without compensation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Quebec. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
